Abstract
Bu çalışmada Türkiye ile Romanya arasında kültürel alanda ve eğitim alanındaki ilişkilerin betimlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda Devlet Arşivleri Genel Müdürlüğünde konuya yönelik belgeler taranmış ve konuyla ilişkili arşiv belgeleri, resmî yazışmalar içerik analizi yöntemi ile incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda bu iki ülke arasında kültür ve eğitim alanındaki ilişkilerin hemen her dönem devam ettiği, ancak en yoğun ve verimli gelişmelerin yaşandığı sürecin Atatürk dönemi olduğu yargısına ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
In this study, it is intended to describe the relations between turkey and Romania in the field of culture and education. İn this direction documents related to the subject were searched in the general directorate of state archives and archival documents related to the subject were examined by means of the analysis method. As a result of the research, the relations between two countries in the field of culture and education have continued almost every period but the most productive and intensive developments have reached the judgement of Atatürk period.
