Türk Cumhuriyetleri ve Balkan Türkleri Edebiyatları Bağlamında Türkçe Ders Kitaplarına Yönelik Bir Değerlendirme

Abstract
Ders kitapları günümüzde, bilhassa bilim ve teknolojiye bağlı olarak gelişen eğitim yaklaşımlarına rağmen popülerliğini korumakta ve eğitim-öğretim süreçlerinde en sık yararlanılan araçlardan biri olma özelliğini sürdürmektedir. Türkiye’de okutulan ders kitaplarının tümünde olduğu gibi Türkçe ders kitaplarının da birtakım özellikleri taşıması gerekmektedir. Metinlerde bulunması gereken özellikler ile ilgili olarak ilk kez 2018 Türkçe Dersi Öğretim Programı’nda Türk Cumhuriyetleri ve Balkan Türkleri Edebiyatları ile ilgili bir ölçüt karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Buna göre "ders kitaplarına alanda yaygın olarak kabul görmüş yazar ve eserlerden, edebî ve kültürel değer taşıyan metinler alınmalıdır. Türk cumhuriyetleri ve Balkan Türkleri edebiyatlarından eserlere yer verilmelidir." Bu çalışmada Ortaokul Türkçe ders kitapları, bu kitaplarda Türk Cumhuriyetleri ve Balkan Türkleri edebiyatlarına ait metinlerin kullanım durumuna göre taranmıştır. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman analizi kullanılmış, elde edilen veriler betimsel analiz yaklaşımı ile çözümlenmiştir. Çalışmanın bulgularından hareketle Ortaokul Türkçe ders kitaplarında Türk Cumhuriyetleri ve Balkan Türkleri edebiyatlarına ait çok az sayıda metnin yer aldığı, kitaplarda yer verilen metinlerin de çoğunlukla "serbest okuma metni" olarak kullanıldığı belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlardan hareketle birtakım önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Abstract
Today, textbooks remain popular and continue to be one of the most frequently used tools in education and training processes, despite the developing educational approaches, especially in relation to science and technology. As with all textbooks taught in Turkey, Turkish textbooks should also have certain features. Regarding the features that should be included in the texts, for the first time in the 2018 Turkish Lesson Teaching Program, a criterion related to the Literatures of Turkic Republics and Balkan Turks appears. According to this criterion, "texts of literary and cultural value from authors and works widely accepted in the field should be included in the textbooks. Works from the literatures of Turkic republics and Balkan Turks should be included." In this study, secondary school Turkish textbooks were scanned according to the use of texts from the literatures of Turkish Republics and Balkan Turks in these textbooks. Document analysis, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the study and the data obtained were analyzed with descriptive analysis approach. Based on the findings of the study, it was determined that there are very few texts belonging to the literatures of Turkic Republics and Balkan Turks in secondary school Turkish textbooks, and the texts included in the books are mostly used as "free reading texts". Some suggestions were made based on the results obtained.
