Abstract
Türk milleti tarih boyunca farklı coğrafyalarda devlet kurmuş, farklı milletlerle siyasi ve kültürel etkileşimde bulunmuştur. Bunların sonucu olarak farklı coğrafya ve zamanda yaşayan milletlerin dillerinden etkilenmiştir. Bu sebeple tarih boyunca Türkçeye farklı dillerden geçmiş alıntı kelimeler bulunmaktadır. Özellikle 751 Talas savaşından sonra Türkler İslamiyet’i kabul etmeye başlamış, böylece Türkçedeki Arapça alıntı kelimelerin sayısı da artmıştır. Bugünkü Türkiye Türkçesinin hem yazı dilinde hem de ağızlarında alıntı kelimeler oldukça fazladır. Türkiye Türkçesinin ses yapısına uymayan alıntı kelimeler Türkçenin ses yapısına uygun hâle getirilmiştir. Bu sebeple alıntı kelimelerin ses bilgisi bakımından incelenmesi Türk dilinin karakteristik özelliklerinin tespit edilmesi bakımından son derece önemlidir. Bu makalede Türkiye Türkçesinin Batı gurubunda yer alan Afyonkarahisar ağzındaki Arapça alıntı kelimelerdeki ses olayları incelenecektir. Alıntı kelimelerdeki ses olayları Ünlü ve Ünsüz olayları başlıkları altında ele alınacaktır.

Abstract
The Turkish people has founded states in different geographies throughout history and has been engaged in political and cultural interaction with different nations. Thus, they have been influenced by the tongues of nations living in different geographies and time. For this reason, there are the quotation words from Turkish languages that are different from other languages throughout history.The Turks began to believe in Islam after Talas war in 751 thereby the number of Arabic quotation words increased in Turkish. present-day Turkey Turkish has many the quotation words both in written language and in its dialects. The quoted words which did not fit the phonetic structure of Turkey Turkish were adapted to the phonetic structure of Turkish. For this reason, the examination of the quotation words regarding phonetics is extremely important in terms of determining the characteristics of the Turkish language. In this article, the voices in the Arabic quotation words of Afyonkarahisar dialect which is located in the Western group of Turkey Turkish will be examined. The voice forms in the quotation words will be discussed under the headings of vowel and consonant occurences.
