YURT DIŞINDAKİ TÜRK ÇOCUKLARINA TÜRKÇE ÖĞRETİMİNDE KULLANILAN DERS KİTAPLARI ÜZERİNE BİR DEĞERLENDİRME

Abstract
Dil öğretimi, dinleme, okuma, konuşma, yazma ve anlama olmak üzere beş temel dil becerisine dayanmaktadır. Avrupa ülkelerinde, o ülkeye göç edenlerin ana dilini öğretimi için seviyelere göre ana dili öğretim materyalleri oluşturulmaktadır. Yurt Dışındaki Türk Çocuklarına Türkçe öğretimi materyallerinin en sistemli halini Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’nın hazırlamış olduğu kitaplarda görmekteyiz. Oluşturulan bu kitaplar, alandaki büyük boşluğu doldursa da ihtiyacı karşılama noktasında eksiklikler göstermektedir. Buradan hareketle bu çalışmanın amacı yurt dışındaki Türk çocukları için hazırlanan Türkçe ve Türk kültürü Ders Öğretim Materyalleri ve Çalışma Kitaplarını ders kitabı ölçütleri çerçevesinde incelemektir. (1-3, 4-5, 6-7, 8-10. Sınıflar) ve bu ders kitaplarına ait çalışma kitapları oluşturmaktadır. Kitaplardan elde edilen veriler üzerinde içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonucunda ders kitaplarının hedef yaş düzeyine uygun olmadığı, kitapların nitelik bakımından eksiklikleri olduğu görülmüştür. Bu doğrultuda ders kitaplarının geliştirilmesi için önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Abstract
Language teaching is based on five basic languages kills: listening, reading, speaking, writing and comprehension. In European countries, mother tongue teaching materials are created according to the level of mother tongue teaching of immigrants to that country. We see in the books that the Ministry of National Education has prepared the most systematic state of Turkish teaching materials for Turkish children living abroad. These books, which are created, fill the big gap in the area, but they show deficiencies at the point of need. From this point of view, the aim of this study is to examine Turkish and Turkish culture course teaching materials and study boks prepared for Turkish children living abroad. The data collection tool of the descriptive work constitutes the teaching materials for Turkish and Turkish Culture Lessons (1-3, 4-5, 6-7, 8-10 Grades) and workbooks for the set ext books. Content analysis was performed on the data obtained from the books. As a result of the analysis, it was sent hat the text boks did not match the target age level and the books had quality deficiencies. Suggestions for the development of text books have been made in this direction.
